A Glorious Day

A Glorious Day: A Short Poem

By Grammar_girl

The sun shines down on me

From the bright, cloudy sky.

The light touches the trees,

The streaks of bright, warm light,

The clouds glow, covering blue.

How heaven could be better,

I do not have a clue.

The Wind’s Secrets

I wrote this poem, focusing on the meter.  So it’s short. 🙂

The Wind’s Secrets: A Short Poem

By: Grammar_girl

The wind whispers of things long gone,

Or things that come to pass.

But it will never whisper of

Its deepest, darkest secrets.
